Facebook, Twitpic, Yfrog, Twitvid, Posterous and Url shortening go LIVE!

We’ve been floating this out there for quite a while and now we’re live with a pile of new features that will enhance every TasteLive event!  This is just phase one in a long series of new features coming to TasteLive prior to year’s end, but we’re really excited to launch these long awaited updates!

You can now share just about anything directly from the TasteLive tweet box!  Send your tasting note to Facebook!, Upload photos to Twitpic,Yfrog and your Posterous blog!  Send video to Posterous, Yfrog or Twitvid, and shorten any URL! It all happens right on our front page!

On top of all this, you can now view pics and vids without ever leaving the action.  Just click the link and the photo will pop out while the feed continues to load in the background!

We’ve also done a bit of housekeeping to assure that the real time feed is not sucking all the juice out of your cpu!

The fall TasteLive is going to be BURSTING at the seams with weekly events!  September begins our new blogger round table series with 4 very special events hosted by Wines of Argentina and some of the regions top winemakers!
