September is all about Argentina!

Torrontes, insane Malbec…. Salta, Mendoza, San Juan, Patagonia… Choripan, blood sausage, Chorizo and beef beef beef!

Just a few of the things that make this country great and add to making it a wine lovers paradise!  Argentina has been the hottest category in the wine biz for the past 3 years, and it goes way beyond the standard Mendoza Malbec!

For the entire month of September and some of October we’ve teamed up with non-profit trade group Wines of Argentina to showcase great producers from four of Argentina’s top appellations.  Throughout the month we’ll be conducting small “round table” online discussions that will pair some of the country’s top winemakers with many of the top bloggers in the U.S.  They’ll taste discuss and tweet from Argentina’s region of Salta in the north, through Mendoza and San Juan and finish with the up and coming Patagonia appellation in the south.

The month will finish with two spectacular live events in New York and San Fransisco where you’ll have the ability to taste over 200 wines from 50 of the country’s top producers.  TasteLive will be in live at both of these events showcasing participants tweets!
